Prices have shifted slightly for the 2026 season. We recommend booking the Deluxe or Premier Pass if you want to do the interactive simulators.
General Admission: ~$35.00
Nevada Residents: ~$25.00 (Must show NV ID!)
Our Parking Hack: Don't hunt for street parking. The museum's private lot is $8 for 4 hours. It’s safe, easy, and right behind the building.
⏳ Our 4-Hour "Pro" Itinerary
We follow the "Top-Down" strategy. Start on the 3rd floor and work your way to the basement.
Hour 1: The Third Floor (The Origins)
We start with the birth of the Mob. See the Chicago Outfit artifacts and the timeline of how organized crime spread across America.
Don't Miss: The interactive exhibits on Prohibition-era corruption.
Hour 2: The Second Floor (The Heavy Hitters)
This is the heart of the museum.
The Courtroom: We spent extra time here. This is the actual room where the 1950 Kefauver Hearings took place.
The Massacre Wall: The St. Valentine’s Day Massacre bricks are haunting. You can still see the bullet holes.
Hour 3: The First Floor (Modern Crime)
We love this floor for the interactive tech.
The Crime Lab: We got to try our hand at forensic ballistics and fingerprinting.
Use of Force Training: An intense, eye-opening simulator that puts you in the shoes of law enforcement.
Hour 4: The Underground (The Speakeasy)
We ended our trip in the basement. This is a fully functional 1920s speakeasy and distillery.
The Speakeasy Secret: In 2026, check the Mob Museum Instagram Stories for the daily "Password." Whisper it to the guard at the side door for a fun, immersive entry!
💡 Our 2026 Insider Tips
The "Quiet Hour": We found that Tuesday mornings at 9:30 AM are the least crowded. Avoid Saturday afternoons if you want to read the exhibits in peace.
Photography: It’s "Instagram Gold." The lighting in the courtroom and the Underground is perfect for moody, vintage-style photos.
Dining Nearby: After 4 hours of history, we walked 5 minutes to Fremont Street for lunch at Le Thai or Evel Pie.
💰 Is it Worth it?
Absolutely. If you love true crime, Vegas history, or just want a break from the slot machines, this is the best $35 you'll spend in the city.
