Important Note: Except for your confirmed booking of The Wizard of Oz, all activities listed below are optional. We recommend making your final decisions and booking tickets as soon as possible, as popular shows and tours often sell out weeks in advance.

Tuesday | Day 1: The Iconic Welcome

• Optional – Private Airport Arrival: ONT Journey meets you at the terminal for a private, comfortable transfer. Skip the lines and start your trip in style.

• Optional – The Icon Shot: A stop at the world-famous "Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas" sign. We’ll help you capture your first vacation photos from the perfect angles.

• Optional – Lunch Your Way: Private transport to any restaurant of your choice (see our "Must-Try" list below).

• 4:00 PM – Luxury Check-In: Relax and refresh at Caesars Palace.

• Optional – Evening Entertainment: * Absinthe (at Caesars Palace): The #1 rated show in Vegas—hilarious, provocative, and just steps from your hotel room.

  • Awakening (at Wynn): A spectacular, high-tech mythic adventure performed on a 360-degree stage.

Wednesday | Day 2: Magic & Skyline Views

• Optional – The Venetian Experience: A morning visit to Madame Tussauds followed by a romantic Gondola Ride through the canals.

• 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM – The Wizard of Oz: (CONFIRMED BOOKING) An immersive afternoon of world-class theater.

• Optional – Sunset & Evening Views:

  • Eiffel Tower Viewing Deck: A romantic, 360° view of the Strip from 46 stories up.

  • The STRAT Observation Deck: Visit the tallest free-standing observation tower in the U.S.

• Optional – Evening Show: "O" by Cirque du Soleil at the Bellagio (Available at 6:30 PM or 9:30 PM).

Thursday | Day 3: Southwest Wonders

• Optional – Full-Day Desert Excursions: Private pickup for an epic journey off the Strip.

  • Option A ($190): Grand Canyon West Rim, Hoover Dam, and Seven Magic Mountains VIP. (Optional Skywalk available).

  • Option B ($179): Grand Canyon West Rim and Hoover Dam. (Optional Skywalk available).

• Optional – Door-to-Door Service: Private return to Caesars Palace.

Friday | Day 4: Departure

• 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM – Airport Transfer: Since the ONT Journey team will be busy during this time, we can pre-arrange a premium Uber service to ensure you get to the airport smoothly and on time.
